Basis Manager HCL Axon

Led Basis and technical architecture for a 1-year migration and greenfield build after the Johnson & Johnson divestiture at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. Ran a 6-month, multi-threaded upgrade to SAP Suite on HANA as Basis Manager and hands-on engineer, directing onshore and offshore teams across two simultaneous programs, including Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust.

At Dart Container, managed a 13-person onshore and offshore Basis team and drove a full technical and process redesign of SAP change management after presenting to Deloitte partners and the CIO. At Cargill, designed the 3-5 year target architecture for a $500M business transformation, assessed high availability and disaster recovery, and presented gaps and fixes to executive IT leadership. At Walmart, rolled out SAP SRM, ECC, and a federated portal for a new Real Estate solution, and cut the training environment footprint 30x with SAP TDMS, saving $1M over two years. At Sysco, was the key technical Basis consultant on a multi-phase $500M transformation across 350+ SAP SIDs. Other work included Wells Fargo hardware procurement cut from 6 months to 5 weeks, a Green IT strategy for Deloitte's CTO adopted across member firms, Bank of America SAP change management and batch strategy, and Victoria's Secret support across 7 concurrent projects.

Basis Consultant Accenture

Built and administered DEV, QA, and PRD SAP landscapes for enterprise implementations, including installs, client copies, and refreshes. Ran transport management, kernel and support package upgrades, and database patching across ECC and NetWeaver. Monitored and tuned system performance, and supported go-live cutovers and production operations.
